{"id":7677,"date":"2020-10-29T09:52:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-29T08:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/?p=7677"},"modified":"2026-02-01T18:59:49","modified_gmt":"2026-02-01T17:59:49","slug":"registro-salarial-por-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/registro-salarial-por-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"Registro salarial por g\u00e9nero: c\u00f3mo cumplir con la ley de igualdad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>registro salarial por g\u00e9nero<\/strong> se aprob\u00f3 el d\u00eda 13 de octubre de 2020 en Espa\u00f1a mediante dos normas importantes: el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2020\/10\/14\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2020-12214.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Real Decreto 901\/2020<\/a>, por el que se regulan los <strong>planes de igualdad<\/strong>; y el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2020\/BOE-A-2020-12215-consolidado.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Real Decreto 902\/2020<\/a>, de <strong>igualdad retributiva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfEl objetivo? <strong>Mujeres y hombres deben tener las mismas oportunidades dentro del ambiente laboral<\/strong>. El decreto conjunto obliga a las empresas a tomar medidas de evaluaci\u00f3n, registro y desarrollo para cumplir con la <strong>ley de igualdad laboral. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el registro salarial?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El registro salarial&nbsp;es la suma de los sueldos de los empleados, agregando a la cuenta las <strong>bonificaciones y las deducciones<\/strong>. Eso resulta en un total que es el que la empresa dedica al pago de sus empleados por los servicios que desempe\u00f1an dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n en un per\u00edodo de tiempo determinado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2019 el Consejo de Ministros aprob\u00f3 una novedad vinculada con el registro de sueldos: el Registro Salarial por G\u00e9nero, reconocido en el Real Decreto-ley 6\/2019. La medida est\u00e1 pensada para propiciar la igualdad laboral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto implica algunas consideraciones que es importante tener en cuenta, dentro de las que se encuentra que cada empresa debe <strong>distribuir el registro salarial por sexo y categor\u00edas profesionales de igual valor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<bzn-info><a href=\"\/blog\/plan-de-igualdad\/\" id=\"destacado-post\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span class=\"bzn-link-title\"><strong>Plan de igualdad para empresas\n<\/strong><\/span> <br>C\u00f3mo acabar con la diferencia de g\u00e9nero en el trabajo<\/br><\/a><\/bzn-info>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registro salarial por g\u00e9nero <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full size-large\"><a href=\"\/base-de-datos-empleados\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1066\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Ficha-de-trabajadores-en-una-base-de-datos-de-RR-HH.webp\" alt=\"Ficha del empleado\" class=\"wp-image-38351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Ficha-de-trabajadores-en-una-base-de-datos-de-RR-HH.webp 1500w, https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Ficha-de-trabajadores-en-una-base-de-datos-de-RR-HH-300x213.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Ficha-de-trabajadores-en-una-base-de-datos-de-RR-HH-1024x728.webp 1024w, https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Ficha-de-trabajadores-en-una-base-de-datos-de-RR-HH-768x546.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Ficha-de-trabajadores-en-una-base-de-datos-de-RR-HH-810x576.webp 810w, https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Ficha-de-trabajadores-en-una-base-de-datos-de-RR-HH-1140x810.webp 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1500px) 100vw, 1500px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Como hemos mencionado, en octubre se aprobaron dos decretos para garantizar la igualdad salarial: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un decreto se asegura de lo que deben recoger los planes de igualdad, y entrar\u00e1 en vigor a los 3 meses de la publicaci\u00f3n del decreto en el BOE. Para los planes de igualdad ya vigentes tendr\u00e1n 12 meses para adaptarse al decreto. El reglamento desarrolla <strong>\u00abplanes de igualdad, diagn\u00f3stico, obligaciones de registro, dep\u00f3sito y acceso\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El otro Real Decreto se encargar\u00e1 de la <strong>obligaci\u00f3n de contar con un registro salarial de sexo<\/strong> para garantizar la igualdad salarial en todas las empresas espa\u00f1olas, cualquiera que sea su tama\u00f1o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La auditor\u00eda salarial y el plan de igualdad<strong> s\u00ed var\u00eda seg\u00fan el tama\u00f1o<\/strong>, como comentaremos a lo largo del art\u00edculo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El citado Real Decreto entrar\u00e1 en vigor a los&nbsp;<strong>seis meses<\/strong>&nbsp;de su publicaci\u00f3n en el BOE (14\/04\/2021), y su aplicaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 paulatina, conforme a los plazos establecidos para la puesta en marcha del plan de igualdad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<bzn-link><a href=\"\/\" id=\"destacado-suite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span class=\"bzn-link-title\">\u00a1Registro salarial por g\u00e9nero con un sistema intuitivo!<\/span>Cumple la ley f\u00e1cilmente<\/a><\/bzn-link>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 supone el registro salarial para los empleados y las empresas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La disposici\u00f3n legal conlleva que la empresa tenga nuevos deberes y haya m\u00e1s derechos para los empleados, en cuanto a registro de sueldos se refiere y otros aspectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El registro salarial para los empleados<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los empleados podr\u00e1n revistar su registro salarial cada vez que lo consideren, mediante los <strong>comit\u00e9s de empresa o los delegados sindicales<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si no existiese representaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, los trabajadores podr\u00edan comprobar el registro salarial por g\u00e9nero, con l\u00edmites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La intenci\u00f3n de esta medida es que el empleado pueda <strong>evaluar su situaci\u00f3n salarial<\/strong> dentro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en materia de igualdad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El registro salarial para la empresa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n debe llevar de manera obligatoria el registro salarial y <strong>conservarlo durante un per\u00edodo de tiempo<\/strong> determinado. De esa manera habr\u00e1 un registro detallado y prolongado que puede ser consultado tanto por los empleados como por los sindicatos cuando lo consideren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A efectos pr\u00e1cticos, <strong>la diferencia salarial entre g\u00e9nero no puede superar el 25%<\/strong>. HH. para analizar la igualdad<\/span>Revisa sueldos y garantiza la ley de igualdad salarial.<\/a><\/bzn-link>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 debe incluir el registro salarial por g\u00e9nero?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/informes-recursos-humanos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"990\" height=\"818\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/indicadores-Recursos-Humanos.webp\" alt=\"Indicadores Recursos Humanos\" class=\"wp-image-49977\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/indicadores-Recursos-Humanos.webp 990w, https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/indicadores-Recursos-Humanos-300x248.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/indicadores-Recursos-Humanos-768x635.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/indicadores-Recursos-Humanos-810x669.webp 810w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 990px) 100vw, 990px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El registro salarial por sexo contar\u00e1 con: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Media aritm\u00e9tica<\/strong> y <strong>mediana de salarios<\/strong> de lo realmente percibido por cada grupo profesional, nivel, puesto, horario de trabajo o cualquier otro sistema de clasificaci\u00f3n. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incluir <strong>salario base<\/strong> y cada uno de los<strong> complementos salariales<\/strong> (horas extra, pluses de guardia&#8230;) y<strong> percepciones extrasalariales<\/strong>, especificando el modo de percepci\u00f3n (<a href=\"\/blog\/dietas-laborales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">dietas laborales<\/a>, kms&#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si las compa\u00f1\u00edas no se adaptan a lo establecido en la ley est\u00e1n expuestas a sanciones debido a infracci\u00f3n grave.
