Existe um caminho do meio: estruturar a governan\u00e7a de RH em <strong>4 dimens\u00f5es<\/strong> que centralizam decis\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas, mas descentraliza a execu\u00e7\u00e3o operacional. Isso significa: recrutamento + marca global, folha + ponto + f\u00e9rias adaptados \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o local, auditoria centralizada, tecnologia integrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A boa estrutura combina tr\u00eas decis\u00f5es: o modelo de governan\u00e7a (centralizado, descentralizado ou h\u00edbrido), os pilares de compliance que cada pa\u00eds exige, e a tecnologia que sustenta os dois sem multiplicar fornecedores.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O que muda no RH quando h\u00e1 opera\u00e7\u00e3o em m\u00faltiplos pa\u00edses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Em uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o local, a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de RH executa um conjunto \u00fanico de regras: uma legisla\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista, uma autoridade fiscalizadora, uma normativa de dados pessoais, um modelo de folha. A pol\u00edtica de banco de horas brasileira n\u00e3o \u00e9 diretamente aplic\u00e1vel em Portugal, e a pol\u00edtica de teletrabalho portuguesa n\u00e3o cabe no formato CLT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Criar silos por filial:<\/strong> Cada pa\u00eds com seu pr\u00f3prio HRIS, sua pr\u00f3pria planilha, seu pr\u00f3prio processo. Funciona no curto prazo. Vantagem: consist\u00eancia cultural, escala, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de custos administrativos.
