Sem registo v\u00e1lido, cada fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o pode resultar em contraordena\u00e7\u00e3o grave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em Portugal, o desafio est\u00e1 nas exce\u00e7\u00f5es: turnos rotativos, hor\u00e1rios irregulares e regimes negociados por IRCT imp\u00f5em regras pr\u00f3prias de horas extraordin\u00e1rias e banco de horas que muitos sistemas n\u00e3o distinguem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que \u00e9 o controlo de ponto e qual \u00e9 a diferen\u00e7a com picar o ponto?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O controlo de ponto \u00e9 <strong>o processo de gest\u00e3o da jornada de trabalho<\/strong>: engloba o tratamento dos registos, o c\u00e1lculo de horas extraordin\u00e1rias e banco de horas, a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios para o RH e a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de inconsist\u00eancias antes que se tornem problemas laborais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/pt\/picar-ponto\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\">Picar o ponto<\/a> \u00e9 a a\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>registar a entrada, sa\u00edda e intervalos.<\/strong> O controlo de ponto \u00e9 o que acontece depois: confer\u00eancia, c\u00e1lculo, an\u00e1lise e decis\u00e3o sobre esses dados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um sistema que apenas regista sem tratar a informa\u00e7\u00e3o cumpre metade da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o e deixa o RH a fazer o resto manualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<bzn-note><a href=\"\/blog\/pt\/registo-de-ponto\/\" id=\"destacado-post\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><span class=\"bzn-link-title\"><strong>Registo de ponto | Tudo o que precisa de saber<\/strong> <\/span><br>5 erros cometidos pelas empresas<\/br><\/a><\/bzn-note>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que o C\u00f3digo do Trabalho exige al\u00e9m do registo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O C\u00f3digo do Trabalho imp\u00f5e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es de gest\u00e3o cont\u00ednua que o simples registo n\u00e3o resolve e que geram passivo laboral quando n\u00e3o s\u00e3o monitorizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limite de horas extraordin\u00e1rias (art. 228.\u00ba CT)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O C\u00f3digo do Trabalho limita as horas extraordin\u00e1rias a <strong>2 horas por dia<\/strong> e a um m\u00e1ximo anual que varia consoante a dimens\u00e3o da empresa (150h para empresas com 50 ou mais trabalhadores; 175h para as restantes). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultrapassar esses limites <strong>exp\u00f5e a empresa a contraordena\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>mesmo com todos os registos em ordem.
