significativamente a responsabilidade<\/strong> ou <strong>ultrapassa os limites do cargo original<\/strong>, a Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho pode determinar o pagamento de um <strong>adicional por ac\u00famulo de fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Base legal indireta<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a
