Mais comment \u00e9valuer une formation ou un plan de formation par niveaux ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 niveaux d&#8217;\u00e9valuation de la formation en entreprise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des types, il existe quatre niveaux d&#8217;\u00e9valuation de la formation en entreprise. <strong>Chaque niveau est li\u00e9 au pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/strong>, puisque son objectif est de d\u00e9terminer l&#8217;impact de l&#8217;action d&#8217;apprentissage de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que l&#8217;on progresse, on obtient davantage de donn\u00e9es et <strong>un meilleur aper\u00e7u de la situation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Niveau 1 : r\u00e9action<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce premier niveau \u00e9value la r\u00e9action des participants \u00e0 la formation qu&#8217;ils re\u00e7oivent. <strong>On \u00e9value si elle est n\u00e9gative ou positive<\/strong>, ce qui aura des implications diff\u00e9rentes.
