D\u00e9coulant de l&#8217;ancienne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/fr\/gpec\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\">GPEC ou Gestion Pr\u00e9visionnelle des Emplois et des Comp\u00e9tences<\/a>, la GEPP a fait son apparition suite aux Ordonnances Macron, au cours du dernier trimestre de 2017. La <strong>comp\u00e9tence<\/strong> est le centre de gravit\u00e9 de ce dispositif. Retrouvez tous les d\u00e9tails dans cet article&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce que la GEPP ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La GEPP est d\u00e9finie selon le <strong>Minist\u00e8re du Travail<\/strong> comme \u00ab une m\u00e9thode pour adapter (\u00e0 court et \u00e0 moyen terme) les emplois, les effectifs et les comp\u00e9tences aux exigences issues de la strat\u00e9gie des entreprises et des modifications de leurs environnements \u00e9conomique, technologique, social et juridique \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, la GEPP fait partie des <strong>obligations de toute entreprise de plus de 300 salari\u00e9s<\/strong> ou les groupes d&#8217;entreprises communautaires avec un \u00e9tablissement de plus de 150 salari\u00e9s. Elles sont tenues de respecter l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000033022870\/2017-09-01\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">article L.2242-20 du Code du Travail<\/a> qui instaure la mise en place d&#8217;un dispositif GEPP. Cela dit, <strong>toute entreprise b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de ces mesures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est en fait <strong>une strat\u00e9gie manag\u00e9riale<\/strong> qui aide \u00e0 <strong>garantir la r\u00e9ussite du plan strat\u00e9gique des entreprises<\/strong>. En fait, elle vise \u00e0 illustrer le passage <strong>d&#8217;une gestion pr\u00e9visionnelle \u00e0 une gestion plus dynamique <\/strong>des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/fr\/qualites-professionnelles\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\">qualit\u00e9s<\/a> et comp\u00e9tences. En effet, il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une d\u00e9marche de gestion prospective qui accompagne le changement et l&#8217;\u00e9volution, en proposant notamment des solutions transversales, de <strong>parcours professionnels<\/strong>, de mutation et de formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et tout est b\u00e9n\u00e9fice&nbsp;! En fait, un plan de <strong>GEPP <\/strong>permet de <strong>s&#8217;anticiper aux \u00e9volutions<\/strong> des m\u00e9tiers, de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie, des technologies et des organisations, d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la gestion des carri\u00e8res, de <strong>d\u00e9velopper la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l&#8217;entreprise<\/strong> et de bien piloter les \u00e2ges dans l&#8217;entreprise, entre autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors <strong>GPEC ou GEPP&nbsp;<\/strong>? M\u00eame si le mot comp\u00e9tence dispara\u00eet de l&#8217;acronyme, le concept est toujours la notion cl\u00e9. Cette \u00e9valuation doit prendre en compte des projections diff\u00e9rentes&nbsp;: sur le long, le moyen et court terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces \u00e9volutions peuvent soit impacter l&#8217;entreprise, soit les m\u00e9tiers, m\u00eame si les deux sont souvent tr\u00e8s li\u00e9s. d&#8217;observation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, les salari\u00e9s n\u00e9gocient les accords en fonction de leurs projets de <strong>parcours professionnels<\/strong>, de leurs envies et de la
