Hoy nos centraremos en los <strong>test para selecci\u00f3n de personal en una empresa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 son los test de selecci\u00f3n de personal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tests psicol\u00f3gicos para <a href=\"\/blog\/seleccion-de-personal\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_blank\">selecci\u00f3n de personal<\/a> son aquellos test de Recursos Humanos que <strong>permiten medir esta faceta del candidato<\/strong>. Lo importante es contestar las preguntas y hacerlo de forma sincera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos profesionales de Recursos Humanos prefieren afrontar estos test personales de selecci\u00f3n de personal <strong>mediante estrategias proyectivas<\/strong>. Son normalmente preguntas directas con variables a escoger, con las que el participante puede demostrar su conocimiento sobre el sector profesional o su propia experiencia laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"\/reclutamiento-seleccion-ats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Informes-de-evaluacion-de-talento-y-competencias.webp\" alt=\"tests de competencias para cribar candidatos\" class=\"wp-image-24400\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos test son de <strong>gran utilidad para poder identificar las aptitudes que un candidato ofrece<\/strong> desde el mismo momento de la contrataci\u00f3n, por eso es importante que las preguntas vayan relacionadas con las responsabilidades del puesto de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, es posible requerir un <strong>test de selecci\u00f3n de personal de tipo intelectual<\/strong>.
