Analizaremos el porqu\u00e9 de las cartas de felicitaci\u00f3n por ascenso y los elementos que deben contener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un ascenso laboral?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se entiende por ascenso laboral a la <a href=\"\/blog\/promocion-interna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">promoci\u00f3n interna<\/a> de un empleado de la empresa, es decir, a un cambio de puesto que conlleva subir alg\u00fan escal\u00f3n en la jerarqu\u00eda de la organizaci\u00f3n, con la correspondiente <strong>mejora de la retribuci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del trabajador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que puedan darse las condiciones de un ascenso laboral, la empresa habr\u00e1 tenido que validar que la <strong>solvencia del empleado al ejecutar sus tareas<\/strong> le hacen ser merecedor de un ascenso. El prop\u00f3sito va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de informar: se trata tambi\u00e9n de formular un <strong>reconocimiento al buen desempe\u00f1o laboral del empleado<\/strong>, o de hacerle saber que la una finalidad de reconocimiento y <strong>fomento del compromiso del empleado con la organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: como siempre, hay varias formas de decir las cosas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puestos a crear una carta de felicitaci\u00f3n de ascenso, conviene incluir mensajes que refuercen la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizneo.com\/blog\/5-claves-motivar-empleados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">motivaci\u00f3n<\/a> de la plantilla, <strong>destacando el buen hacer del empleado<\/strong> en el texto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los elementos que debe contener una Gerencia de la empresa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nombre y descripci\u00f3n del nuevo cargo: incluyendo el lugar que ocupa en el <strong><a href=\"\/blog\/organigrama-de-una-empresa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">organigrama<\/a><\/strong> y las relaciones jer\u00e1rquicas colindantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fecha de incorporaci\u00f3n al nuevo puesto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivos que llevan a la empresa a tomar la decisi\u00f3n del ascenso: hacer una alusi\u00f3n objetiva y ajustada a la realidad del buen <a href=\"\/blog\/como-evaluar-desempeno-laboral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">desempe\u00f1o laboral<\/a> mostrado por el trabajador, o de las habilidades y competencias demostradas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Felicitaci\u00f3n y agradecimiento: mensaje motivador para apoyar la <a href=\"\/blog\/mision-de-una-empresa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer
